What is a StyleSet?

A StyleSet is our name for a thrift bundle. Whether you’re looking for an everyday wardrobe refresh, occasion outfits, vintage finds, or a completely new aesthetic, our shopper will scour vintage and thrift stores to find exactly your vibe and put together new (to you) outfits for you to wear — without creating excess clothing waste. That way you can look good and know you're doing good as well.

Do I get to see the items before you ship?

Absolutely! This allows us to thoughtfully curate each bundle. We will put together the sets and send you images before shipping, with the option to switch 1–2 items. However, if you want to be surprised just let us know and we'll make sure to ship without giving you a preview.

How long is the current wait time?

Right now, from the moment you place a StyleSet order to the moment it ships is between 1–2 weeks. If you want a vintage set it may be longer. You will be updated with a time-frame upon ordering. If you order an item, or a StyleSet, curated from our Poshmark, our goal is to ship it within 24 hours.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the thrifted and unique nature of our business, we cannot currently offer returns or money back, however we are happy to exchange items for store credit. But if you are unhappy with your entire StyleSet, that is something we definitely want to know and we are happy to work with you to resolve that issue to the best of our abilities.

Thrifted clothes give me the ick. Do they smell bad?

All of our clothing is carefully laundered by our team upon acquiring it, and we promise that your items will arrive to your door clean and ready to wear. We dry-clean, or use eco-safe detergent and line dry when possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, StyleSets are only available within Canada. As a small independent business, we’re currently focused on providing the best possible experience for our Canadian customers while we continue to grow.

That said, we do offer select pieces through our U.S. Poshmark closet for American shoppers. While full StyleSet bundles are not yet available internationally, we hope to expand our shipping options in the near future.

What brands can I expect?

We only select contemporary and designer fashion brands for our StyleSets. (including but not restricted to, Zara, Aritzia, Everlane, COS, Free People,Club Monaco) - no Shien, H&M & Forever 21 here! If there's a brand you would like us to exclude just let us know!

What if I don't see a bundle that meets my needs?

No problem, we can create a bespoke StyleSet curated specifically for you. Whether you’re shopping for a special occasion, a wardrobe refresh, a new aesthetic, or something completely unique, we’ll work with you to create a personalized bundle tailored to your style, sizing, and budget.
